Grist House Command is a unique brewery and taproom built inside a historic Nike missile command center near Oakdale, PA. The site, originally constructed in 1957 and activated in 1960, served as a regional command center for surface-to-air missile sites until 1972 and later had other military uses until 2015. The brewery was purchased by Grist House co-owners Brian Eaton and Kyle Mientkiewicz in 2018 and transformed into a state-of-the-art craft beer destination.
